A common complaint from users of incident software is “There’s too much information to fill in!”. With FoundationFootprint, you decide on what information needs to be entered based on the severity of the incident.
For a near miss, you may only require 4 or 5 things to fill in. For a moderately severe incident maybe 12 things. For a major incident, much more. You decide.
FoundationFootprint also fills in what it can for you automatically. Your name, date and location to start with. But simply start typing in a drop down menu and it guesses what you mean. Enter 23 in a date field and hit tab and it assumes the 23rd of this month and year.
Mobile Incident Reporting – offline and online.
Capture vital details which might otherwise be missed using technology that your workers are already familiar with. Incidents can be captured even when mobile data is not available. The phone will automatically upload the information when back in range.

Geocoded Incident and Accident Management.
Control what information is to be entered based on the type of incident. Logging an incident into FoundationFootprint produces a full incident report which is automatically geocoded and contains all details of the incident.
If the incident is less severe, a reduced set of questions can appear, as you require. For a more severe incident, a more complete set of questions can appear. You decide. Photos, reports and other information can all be included in the incident report. Notifications can be sent to nominated persons based on the incidents location, team and severity.
